Comment oderation

Basically the ability to moderate all comments. I only noticed it with one blog posting where I got spam comments but there were 24 in the one post so ya can see why Id like to moderate them incase it happens again. Especially since not all spam is bot generated.

If you are being hit with loads of spam comments, temporarily disable anonymous comments and ban spamming users from the site. When it settles down, you can reenable anonymous commenting.

I'll see if I can add comment moderation to the next release.
