1 to 3 are template dependent. Font size/family/color/etc can be easily altered by editing a couple of lines in tpl_resources/skio/style/style.css You can add a logo image by including appropriate HTML code in templates/skio/index.tpl To add a new text page edit views/default.php and templates/skio/text.tpl. You can include embed tags in it to add chat applet.
As for 4, well, this feature is definitely needed. I'll probably add support for it later.
